Your employee must file an online Expression of Intent (EOI) through SkillSet if they require a skilled visa. Applications for qualified applicants are received and processed through this online method. They will score points based on a variety of criteria, including their age, abilities, education, language skills, and more. You must sponsor the employee in order for them to apply for a sponsored visa. However, you must be a recognised sponsor with an employer ID or nomination transaction reference number (TRN). The employee can apply online once you have those.
